Adults 21+ only, on the site and at the door

No parcel leaves here addressed to anyone younger than 21. Age is checked at three points along the route.

Stop one: the front door of the site. Before any page shows, you are asked to confirm your age. Saying yes is a statement you make to us. This browser keeps that answer for a month; saying no keeps everything closed.

Stop two: the consignment note. The checkout carries a second age box that must be ticked before an Order Request goes anywhere. Opening an account also takes a birth date that puts you at 21 or above.

Stop three: the doorstep. Some carrier services agreed on the call include an adult signature or a look at photo ID. Any sign that the buyer is a minor, and the order is cancelled.

Spotted a problem? Email the order number to us. We halt it straight away.
