Plain terms for a plain process.

  1. Who may order. Adults 21 or older only, buying for themselves.
  2. What an Order Request is. A request, not a purchase. It becomes a sale only once an Operator has confirmed the items, the price, payment, the carrier and the delivery details with you by phone. We may decline any request.
  3. Prices. In US dollars, as shown on the menu when you send the request, and confirmed on the call. Shipping costs, if any, are stated on the call before you agree.
  4. Packing and dispatch. We pack only after the call and only what was agreed.
  5. In transit. Delivery times belong to the carrier. We do not guarantee a delivery date. If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and we will work it out with you.
  6. The product. Each Batch is described by its lab report. Natural flower varies in bud size and colour.
  7. Your state’s law. We block no state. You are responsible for knowing whether you may receive hemp THCA flower where you live.
  8. December 11, 2026. Federal law treats THCA flower as marijuana from that date. We stop shipping it before then, and any request for it that is not yet confirmed is cancelled.
