THCA Shipping
Shipping: packing, signature, tracking and timing
This page is the long answer to “how does it ship?”. Short version: nothing is packed until an Operator has spoken to you, and everything that can vary is confirmed on that call rather than promised here.
Before anything ships
You send an Order Request with your name, phone, address and how you would like to pay. That is not a payment. An Operator calls, checks stock, and agrees three things with you: payment, the carrier, and the delivery details. Only then is the parcel packed.
Packing
The Operator tells you on the call exactly how your order will be packed. We do not print strain names or leaf graphics on the outside of a parcel. We never mislabel what is inside, and we will not suggest you do.
Signature
Whether an adult must sign for the parcel depends on the carrier service chosen for your order. The Operator tells you on the call which service it is and whether a signature, or a 21+ signature, will be asked for at the door.
Tracking
If the service has tracking, the Operator tells you on the call how the tracking number will reach you. Treat any tracking message that asks you for money as fake.
How long it takes
Time on the road depends on the carrier’s own service and your distance from the ship-from point. The carrier publishes its delivery estimates; the Operator names the service so you can check them. We do not promise a delivery day.
Lost or damaged
Call us with your order number the day you notice. We work it out with you and the carrier directly.
How ordering works
- Choose what goes in the parcel.
- Send the order. Payment waits for our call.
- We call to confirm payment, carrier and delivery.
We take Order Requests from every state. Whether you may receive hemp THCA flower depends on your state's law, so check it before you order. Federal law treats THCA flower as marijuana from December 11, 2026, and we stop shipping it then.
