Privacy: what a parcel needs to know about you

A parcel cannot travel without a name and an address, so we keep those. We keep little else, and we sell none of it.

What we hold

• Your Order Request: name, phone number, email, delivery address, Payment Preference and the items.
• Call notes: a short record of what you and the Operator agreed, so the person who packs your parcel packs the right one.
• Site cookies: one remembering that you confirmed you are 21 or older, one counting the items in your cart, one for your account if you open one, and page-view analytics when they are switched on.

Who sees it

• The carrier, which needs your name, address and sometimes your phone number for the shipping label.
• The service that sends our emails, including your receipt.
• Trustpilot, which sends a review invitation after delivery.

Nobody else. No data brokers, no ad networks, no list rentals.

How long

Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. The rest goes when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We remove everything we are not legally required to keep and tell you what remains.
