Discreet THCA packaging: what a plain box hides and what it never should
Short answer
Discreet means your neighbours and the porch camera learn nothing from the box. It never means hiding the contents from the carrier. What we put on the outside, what we never do, and the promises to distrust.
Short answer. A discreet parcel is a plain box: no strain name, flower brand or leaf graphic on the outside, and a real sender name and return address on the label. The flower is sealed inside. Discreet never means disguising what is in the box from the carrier, and nobody can honestly promise a parcel is “smell-proof” or “undetectable.”

What goes on the outside
| On the outside | Not on the outside |
|---|---|
| The carrier’s shipping label | Strain names or THCA percentages |
| Your name and delivery address | Leaf, smoke or cannabis graphics |
| A real sender name and return address | Our flower menu, prices or slogans |
| Tracking barcode, when the service is tracked | Anything that misdescribes the contents |
The plain box is for the stretch between the depot and your hands: the porch, the mailroom, the shared hallway. It means a delivery driver, a neighbour or a doorbell camera learns nothing about what you bought.
What goes on the inside
The Operator describes the packing on the call, before you agree to anything. We seal flower so that it arrives as it left: not crushed, not dried out, and as contained as packaging allows. The lab report for the Batch is available on the product page or on request, so you can match the lot code in your hands to the lot you ordered.
What discreet never means
Discreet packaging is about privacy at the door, not secrecy from the carrier. We never:
- write false contents on a label or customs-style declaration,
- add decoy items to disguise the parcel,
- suggest routing a parcel through someone else’s address to avoid a state’s rules, or
- ship to a state address with advice on how not to be noticed.
The Postal Service’s hemp rule, Publication 52, section 453.37, makes the sender responsible for complying with “all applicable federal, state, and local laws” and for keeping lab records for three years. Its general rule in section 453.2 puts that burden on the mailer, not on the Postal Service. A seller who hides what a parcel holds is telling you how it treats every other rule.
Promises to distrust
When you compare sellers, these phrases tell you more about the seller than about the box:
- “Stealth shipping.” Disguise is the point, and disguise usually means mislabelling.
- “Smell-proof, guaranteed.” Good sealing reduces odour a lot. Nobody controls days in a warm truck.
- “Undetectable.” Carriers can and do screen parcels. A seller claiming otherwise is guessing or lying.
- “Ships legally to all 50 states.” No seller can promise this. State laws differ, and some ban shipping to consumers outright.
If your parcel arrives damaged or opened
Photograph the box before you open it further, keep all the packaging, and call us with your order number the same day. The carrier’s damage claim process depends on the service, and we deal with the carrier directly; see carriers and tracking.
We take Order Requests from every state. Whether you may receive hemp THCA flower depends on your state’s law, so check it before you order. Federal law treats THCA flower as marijuana from December 11, 2026, and we stop shipping it then.

Questions
- Is THCA shipped discreetly?
- At THCA Shipping, the outer box carries no strain name, flower brand or leaf graphic. It does carry the shipping label with a sender name and return address, as every parcel must. The Operator describes the packing on the call.
- Can a THCA parcel be smell-proof?
- Sealed bags inside a box cut odour a great deal, but no seller can honestly guarantee that nothing escapes, through days on trucks and in warm sorting hubs. Treat a 'smell-proof guarantee' as marketing.
- What is stealth shipping?
- A sales term for packaging meant to disguise what is inside, sometimes with false labels or decoys. We do not do it. Mislabelling a parcel's contents breaks carrier rules, and the Postal Service puts compliance on the sender.
- Does the return address say THCA?
- No strain names or leaf marks appear on the outside. The return address is a real one, so a parcel that cannot be delivered can come back.
