THCA mail order: buying flower by mail without paying a stranger online
Short answer
Mail order here means you ask, we call, and only then does anything get packed. What to check before you order flower by mail from anyone, and why the window closes on Dec. 11, 2026.
Short answer. Mail order at THCA Shipping is three steps: you send an Order Request, an Operator calls to agree payment and the carrier, and only then is a parcel packed and posted. Nothing is paid on the website. The Postal Service allows domestic mailing of hemp on conditions; your state decides whether you may receive it; and on Dec. 11, 2026 high-THCA flower stops qualifying as hemp under federal law.
Checked Oct. 4, 2026.
What “mail order” means here
The phrase covers any purchase that arrives by post or parcel carrier instead of across a counter. Here it means:
- You ask. Choose half pounds or pounds on the menu and send the request with a Payment Preference. That preference is a note for the Operator, not a charge.
- We call. Payment, the carrier and its service, and the delivery details are agreed by phone. If a lot sold out, you hear it on the call.
- We post. The parcel is packed after the call and handed to the carrier named on it.
You can stop at any point before the parcel is sealed. Our terms put it in writing: a request becomes a sale only once the call confirms it.
Six checks for any mail-order seller
These apply to any seller you are thinking of ordering from, including us.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| A phone number that a person answers | Someone has to be responsible for the parcel when it goes missing |
| A lab report for the lot you are buying | The report, not the product photo, says what the flower is |
| A named carrier and service before you pay | It tells you whether there is tracking, insurance and a signature |
| No gift cards, crypto-only or “release fee” demands | Payment you cannot dispute is how most mail-order fraud ends |
| Written terms on lost and damaged parcels | You want to know who calls the carrier before anything goes wrong |
| A stated stop date before Dec. 11, 2026 | A seller still taking THCA flower orders for after that date is not reading the law |
THC flower by mail, THCA flower by mail
People search both. They are not the same parcel. The Postal Service’s rule for hemp, Publication 52, section 453.37, follows the federal hemp definition at 7 U.S.C. 1639o: through Dec. 10, 2026, that means no more than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. THCA flower fits because most of its potency is THCA, which only becomes THC when heated. Delta-9 THC flower above that limit is marijuana, and the Postal Service carries controlled substances only between registered parties, not to shoppers (Publication 52, section 453).
The flower is the same plant either way. Smoked, THCA flower gets you high and shows up on THC drug tests.
What the post office asks of the sender
Section 453.37 puts the compliance burden on the mailer. It requires the sender to follow “all applicable federal, state, and local laws” and to keep lab results, licenses or compliance reports for at least three years after mailing. It also bars hemp from international mail, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We keep the lab report for each Batch we ship. Ask for it on the call if it is not on the product page; lab reports explains how to match one to your lot.
The window closes on December 11, 2026
Public Law 119-37, section 781 changes the hemp test to total THC, THCA included, at 0.3 percent. H.R. 6500 set Dec. 11, 2026 for THCA flower. After that, flower like ours is marijuana under federal law and cannot be mailed to you. We will stop packing it before then, and allow for parcels still on the road; see how long shipping takes.
We take Order Requests from every state. Whether you may receive hemp THCA flower depends on your state’s law, so check it before you order. Federal law treats THCA flower as marijuana from December 11, 2026, and we stop shipping it then.

Questions
- Can you mail order THCA flower?
- As of Oct. 4, 2026, flower that meets the federal hemp definition can travel by domestic mail when the sender follows federal, state and local law and keeps lab records. Whether you may receive it depends on your state's law. From Dec. 11, 2026, high-THCA flower stops being hemp under federal law.
- How do I pay for a mail-order parcel?
- Not on this website. You choose a Payment Preference with your Order Request, and an Operator agrees payment with you by phone before anything is packed.
- Is THC flower by mail the same as THCA flower by mail?
- No. Flower sold by mail as hemp must test at or under 0.3 percent delta-9 THC by dry weight before Dec. 11, 2026. Most of its potency is THCA, which turns into THC when heated. Delta-9 THC flower above that limit is marijuana and is not mailable to consumers.
- Can THCA be mailed to another country?
- No. The Postal Service bars hemp and hemp products from international mail, including military and diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
