Short answer. Our last order day and last packing day for THCA flower both fall before Dec. 11, 2026, and both will be posted on this page. As of Oct. 13, 2026 they are not set yet. Until they are, plan on November: an order sent in November has room for the call, the packing day and the carrier.

Why is there a last day at all?

From Dec. 11, 2026, federal law counts THCA toward the 0.3 percent total-THC line for hemp, so high-THCA flower is treated as marijuana from that day (Public Law 119-37, sec. 781; the date is set in H.R. 6500, sec. 2019). We stop shipping THCA flower before then. A parcel spends days on the road, so the last packing day comes well before the deadline, not on it.

How long does an order take from request to door?

A parcel’s clock has four parts, and each one adds time before the last packing day:

  1. The call. Nothing is packed until an Operator has confirmed payment, the carrier and the delivery details with you. The sooner you pick up, the sooner the parcel moves. Desk hours are on the contact page.
  2. The packing day. We pack only after the call. The carrier’s estimate starts only when it accepts the parcel, so a weekend or holiday between the call and that hand-off adds days.
  3. The service. Each carrier service has its own published estimate (below). The Operator names the service on the call.
  4. The distance. Coast to coast takes longer than the next state over.

What does the Postal Service publish?

The Operator names the carrier and service for your order on the call. As one public reference, here is what USPS publishes for two common services:

These are estimates from the moment the carrier accepts the parcel. Add the call and the packing day in front of them. We do not promise a delivery day; more on that in how long THCA shipping takes.

Which days in November and December add time?

  • Wed., Nov. 11, 2026: Veterans Day. A federal holiday (OPM). Check the carrier’s holiday schedule.
  • Thu., Nov. 26, 2026: Thanksgiving. Also a federal holiday, followed by a weekend.
  • Weekends. A parcel confirmed late in the week can sit over the weekend before the carrier moves it. Dec. 11, 2026 is itself a Friday.
  • A missed signature. If your parcel needs an adult signature and nobody 21 or older is home, it waits for you to collect it; see shipped to your door.

What happens to an Order Request that is not confirmed in time?

It is cancelled. An Order Request is a request, not a purchase: it becomes a sale only after the Operator’s call (terms). Requests for THCA flower that are not confirmed before the cutoff are cancelled. You pay nothing on this site, so nothing needs refunding.

How do I make sure my order arrives before the deadline?

  • Send the request in November. It leaves room for a missed call, a weekend and a holiday.
  • Pick up the call. The parcel cannot move until the Operator has spoken to you.
  • Be home, or have an adult 21+ home, if the service asks for a signature.
  • Check your state’s law first. We take Order Requests from every state. Whether you may receive hemp THCA flower depends on your state’s law, so check it before you order.
